SahiDukan ("we"), operated by , provides software that service shops ("Shops") use to collect documents from their customers and complete online forms for them. This policy explains what personal data is handled, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who is responsible for your data

When you send documents to a Shop through SahiDukan, that Shop decides why your data is used (it is the "Data Fiduciary"). We process the data on the Shop's behalf, only to run the service.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and the details you type in (such as date of birth or address).
• Documents you upload, such as Aadhaar, PAN, marksheets, certificates and photos.
• Details read from those documents to help the Shop fill your form.
• For Shop staff: name, email, and activity logs.

How it is used

• Only to complete the service you asked the Shop for, and to contact you about it.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Documents are never used to train any AI model.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded documents are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• If you choose “keep my documents for next time”, they are kept until you ask the Shop to delete them.
• Files sent for printing are deleted within 7 days.

How it is protected

• Documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived secure links.
• Aadhaar numbers are encrypted, shown masked, and every view is logged.
• Each Shop can see only its own customers' data.

Your rights

You can ask the Shop (or us at ) to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for keeping your documents. We will act on requests within a reasonable time as required by law.
