These terms apply to Shops that subscribe to SahiDukanand to customers who use a Shop's page or upload links. SahiDukan is provided by .

Not a government service

SahiDukan is independent software. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, MP Online, CSC or any government department or portal. Shops submit forms on official portals themselves.

Shop responsibilities

• Collect customer documents only for the service the customer asked for.
• Check details read automatically from documents before using them in any form.
• Keep staff logins private and remove staff who leave.
• Follow applicable law, including the DPDP Act and Aadhaar regulations.

Customer responsibilities

• Upload only your own documents, or documents you are authorised to share.
• Make sure the information you provide is correct.

Subscription

Shops pay the plan fee agreed at sign-up. Access may be paused if payment is overdue. Shops can ask for their data to be exported or deleted when they leave.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we are not responsible for decisions made by government portals or for errors in forms submitted by Shops.
